REFUND POLICY

Please note: Due to the recent reporting system implemented in the Monopoly GO! Racers Event, there is a possibility that our carrier account may be reported by opponents during the event, preventing us from completing the remaining races.

If this happens, refunds will be issued according to the following policy:

Scenario 1: If we complete 50K points but are unable to secure Champion (1st Place), we will issue a $35 refund.

Scenario 2: If we are unable to complete the exact number of points purchased, we will refund the difference based on the uncompleted points.

Scenario 3: If there are 3 races in the event and we successfully complete 2 races but are unable to complete the final race, we will issue a refund for the remaining race based on the uncompleted points.

Scenario 4: If there are 3 races in the event and we successfully complete 1 races but are unable to complete the other two races, we will issue a refund for the remaining race based on the uncompleted points.
